COACHING DEVELOPMENT CAMP
This hands-on weekend is focused on developing coaching, leadership, and programming skills within the PRVN community. Over three days, coaches will learn how to run workouts the PRVN way through practical sessions on cueing, scaling, class flow, and programming across gymnastics, weightlifting, and conditioning. The event also includes workshops, two workouts per day, and discussions on building a professional coaching brand, generating revenue, and creating strong gym communities.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Check-in will be at PRVN HQ between 4:00–5:00 PM, followed by a 5:30 PM class for a fun throwdown welcome meet-and-greet. Afterwards, we’ll have food trucks and drinks for everyone.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
- Workout shoes and clothes.
- Notepad / Computer or Ipad or notebook to take notes and follow along with lectures / presentations.
- Coach Development Handbook (sent out 2 weeks prior to the event)
What should I expect during the camp?
- How to run a workout the PRVN way
- Coaching different workout styles (High-skill gymnastics day, weightlifting focus, monostructural conditioning, Hyrox style, classic CrossFit AMRAPs, and mixed high-skill sessions)
- Programming lecture on Affiliate + Hyrox Affiliate Programming
- Coaching skills and drills (scaling in big classes, teaching advanced and beginner athletes, managing class flow, building leadership)
- Best practices for client engagement and community building• Building a coach’s personal brand within the gym (PT, seminars, clinics, etc.)
- 2 workouts per day, led with emphasis on class flow, progressions, and structure
