While at PRVN we do believe that a template structure for your fitness programming can take you extremely far, we also understand the need for an individualized approach when it comes to reaching your biggest goals. Our team of coaches bring over a decade of experience to our staff and have worked with athletes from around the globe in reaching goals through all fitness avenues.

Based on your application, you will have an option to choose which coach you would like to work based on their current availability. If you are unsure about which coach you would like to work with, we will pair you with one of our professional coaches who best suits your needs based on your goals.

Once you submit your application, a member of our 1:1 coaching staff will reach out to you within 24-48 hours with next steps in regard to goal setting, direct communication details, and set-up for your online programming app.

Once you are paired with your individual coach you will have a chance to set working hours between the two of you, that work best based on the coach's availability and your training schedule. Coach's will be available for communication daily, but we ask for a grace of up to 24 hours if a coach is out of office.

Due to the high volume and limited availability of this program, you will be required to give a 30 day notice on all cancellations for the PRVN 1:1 program.
