What happens after I book my call?

Once you’ve booked your call, you can expect to hear back from your coach within 48 hours with a scheduling link as well as additional details on what to expect and how to prepare for your call.

What if im not ready for full coaching yet?

No problem! Your initial call does not lock you into a long term coaching commitment. The purpose of the call is to create an introduction with your coach and bring you clarity with regards to your goals, our process, and how to get the most of your training. For some athletes, a one-time call is all they’re looking for. For others, it’s the starting point for a long term relationship with a PRVN coach on their path to success.

Who will my coach be?

You will have the opportunity to review our staff directly on our coaching page and to request your preferred coach. Please note that this does not guarantee a spot with this particular coach and your first choice may have a full roster at the moment. In all cases, you will have the opportunity for us to recommend the coach we believe is the best fit to help you reach your goals.

What if I need to reschedule?

Coaching calls can always be rescheduled for another available time by communicating directly with the coach via the email they first contacted you from. We ask that all cancellations be requested a minimum of 12 hours prior to your planned call to allow you coach to prepare their schedule accordingly.

How will I receive my programming?

1:1 coaching with PRVN Fitness coaches is carried out through TrueCoach, a 3rd Party app with seamless features for coach-athlete communication, video upload, and more.

Cancellation Policy

1:1 Fitness Coaching with PRVN Fitness coaches has a firm 30-day cancellation policy. This takes into account the forethought that goes into preparing and delivering coaching and ensures a strong investment from all parties within the coaching relationship. One-Time Pro Consults and One-Time Coaching Consults have a strict No Refund policy from the point the scheduled call has been completed.
