Social Marketing & Customer Service Specialist
We’re looking for a creative, driven individual to help expand PRVN’s online presence and strengthen our global brand through powerful social media, content, and community marketing. This role will work closely with our brand, marketing, and media teams to plan and execute social strategies that amplify our voice, showcase our athletes, and connect our growing global community. In addition, this position will provide customer service support to ensure every interaction, both online and through our customer channels meets our PRVN standards.
ABOUT THE ROLE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage day-to-day operations of PRVN’s social media accounts across all platforms.
• Develop and execute creative campaigns that drive engagement, awareness, and brand growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to plan content around launches, athlete features, partnerships, and events.
• Draft captions, schedule posts, and oversee content publishing to ensure brand consistency and storytelling.
• Monitor DMs, comments, and community interactions to strengthen engagement and support our audience.
• Analyze engagement metrics and provide insights to optimize social strategy and audience growth.
• Support campaign rollouts, athlete announcements, and partnership initiatives by coordinating social touchpoints and digital assets.
• Respond to customer inquiries across email and social channels, ensuring clear communication and timely resolutions.
• Gather and report customer feedback to help refine content, campaigns, and product experience.
