The PRVN60 program is an easy to follow training guide to get more done in less time. For everyone, from beginners to advanced athletes, each session can be completed within 1 hour. PRVN60 includes basic and advanced fundamental CrossFit movements as well as different levels of performance to allow for varying physical abilities and equipment availability. There is no special equipment required as there is a bodyweight option available as well. To round out the program, tips to improve technique and recovery tips are provided.
As the athlete, you control the intensity of each workout and there is consistent interaction and support from the PRVN Team via social media, the programming app, and email.
PRVN Affiliate, prepares and motivates coaches for every session to train the General Physical Preparedness community. Built on years of knowledge of both the elite and everyday affiliate athletes, PRVN has designed the GPP Affiliate program, which aims to provide an all-around exceptional experience for both coaches and athletes. Our programming gives a goal and intention for each session, as well as specific guidance and technique points of performance for the day to get the most out of your athletes.
For more advanced athletes, we offer competition based programming that allows you to train like the world’s fittest. This program allows you the full experience of exactly how the world’s fittest woman trains, and offers greater insights into achieving peak performance at the top levels.
You will have the ability each day to select the desired option for your level of fitness: Lvl 3: Advanced Athletes - Sanction/Regional/Crossfit Games athletes Lvl 2: Intermediate /Advanced Athletes - Aspiring sanctional/regional athletes Lvl 1: Intermediate - Crossfit Open or fitness enthused athletes.
Improve your athletic performance with our Masters compete program. We want to give the master’s community the opportunity to take their training to the next level by offering them competitive style programming, similar to that of the athletes who follow the Compete track.
This track is for athletes of all levels, aged 35+, who are looking for tailored programming. This track will also provide guidance for master's individuals looking to participate in The CrossFit Open, Age Group Qualifiers, and CrossFit Games in their age group.

My favorite part of the programming is not just the training, but what you get out of the community in PRVN. It may seem like you’re training alone for most of the day and suffering through these workouts, but knowing that there are people out there doing the same is worth while to me. I’ve created so many new friendships with this program and it is still growing to this day.
Strength was something I was mediocre at but since join PRVN every life goal weight I’ve been chasing I’ve either hit it or I’m using that weight for sets and reps. Also, I am able to do high volume gymnastics when fatigued. Just all around I’m a better athlete.
