DWIGHT UPSHAW

As the Head of PRVN Affiliate Programming, Dwight Upshaw has been instrumental in building the program from the ground up since January 2021 into a globally recognized system for affiliate success. His work centers on elevating coaching standards, fostering strong gym communities, and delivering programming that balances performance, sustainability, and progression. Dwight is committed to helping affiliates bring the PRVN standard to life on their coaching floors every day.

GORDON LAKE

Gordon Lake has owned Simpsonville Fitness Company along with his wife Annie since 2018, learning firsthand what it takes to build a gym from the ground up and develop a team of dedicated, professional coaches. Since 2021, he's also been mentoring and consulting with gym owners, drawing on that experience to help them navigate the same challenges he's worked through himself. Gordon's focus is working alongside fellow gym owners to help them build sustainable businesses that create a lasting, positive impact in the communities they serve.At the PRVN Coaching Development Camp, Gordon will lead a deep dive into business systems and processes for success. We will also cover building a deep coaching bench for future growth, and defining the standard of excellence you want to maintain within your gym.

PAMELA GAGNON

Pamela Gagnon discovered her passion for coaching gymnastics within CrossFit 15 years ago. Drawing on her background as a former Division I gymnast, she has since built a career developing world-class coaches and athletes of all levels in the sport.She spent 8 years as the CrossFit HQ Gymnastics Lead, ran Mayhem Gymnastics for 5 years, and is a 4x CrossFit Masters Games athlete herself — bringing elite technical expertise and firsthand competitive experience to her coaching.Pamela has a unique approach to coaching: breaking skills down to their fundamentals and rebuilding them with better technique and efficiency. She works with all levels, from beginner to elite, on both the coaching and athlete side.Today, she continues to channel that expertise into Performance Plus Programming, the skill-based training platform she co-created, coaching over 60,000 athletes online over the past decade.

Can I bring multiple coaches from my gym?

Yes. We encourage affiliate owners to bring their full coaching staff. Group rates may be available; contact us.

What's the refund policy?

Refunds are available up to 3 weeks prior to camp

Is lodging arranged through PRVN?

No, but we provide a list of recommended hotels within walking distance or short drive of CrossFit PRVN Nashville.

What should I bring?

Training clothes, lifting shoes, notebook. Full packing list sent after registration.

Is this beginner-friendly (Athletes track)?

Yes. All progressions are scaled. There are no specific skill prerequisites.
