If you have qualified for the Crossfit Quarterfinals and you are looking to gain a serious performance, recovery, and mental edge on your competitors this is the perfect camp for you! Whether Quarterfinals are your ultimate goal or you are training for Semifinals / the Games this camp will give you an exclusive, and in depth look into how PRVN pro athletes train on a daily basis, and prepare for competitions. 

This camp will include 2.5 days jam packed with strength, skill, and conditioning pieces alongside our PRVN athletes and coaches, led by our very own Shane Orr and Tia-Clair Toomey.

How should I prepare?

All we ask is that you come with a open mind to learning, meeting new people, and working hard to further enhance your skills and training.

We will have various Q&A sessions throughout the weekend with our athletes and coaches, so it's always a good idea to have some questions prepared ahead of time!

What will the daily schedule look like?

Each day will consist of multiple workouts and training pieces with various workshops and coaching talks in between to help athletes optimizer recovery and rest.

Please be prepared for a full weekend of training. We recommend an off day on Thursday in order to get the most value out of your training during the camp.
