We know that in life, the Pull-Up is one of the most functional movements there is, which puts it towards the top of people's goal lists. Whether your goal is to achieve your first pull-up, or complete multiple pull-ups in a row, this ebook will help you reach your goals. This program is for all levels of athlete looking to achieve, or improve, strict pull-ups. There are 2 sessions per week with each session ranging from 20-40 minutes to help you achieve your goal.
