The PRVN60 program is an easy to follow training guide to get more done in less time. For everyone, from beginners to advanced athletes, each session can be completed within 1 hour. PRVN60 includes basic and advanced fundamental CrossFit movements as well as different levels of performance to allow for varying physical abilities and equipment availability. There is no special equipment required as there is a bodyweight option available as well. To round out the program, tips to improve technique and recovery tips are provided.

As the athlete, you control the intensity of each workout and there is consistent interaction and support from the PRVN Team via social media, the programming app, and email.
