ABOUT PRVN60

The PRVN60 track is an easy to follow program for individuals of all skill levels, looking to make the most of their time in time.

From beginners to advanced athletes, each session can be completed within 1 hour. PRVN60 includes basic and advanced fundamental CrossFit movements, as well as different levels of workout options allowing you to tailor any exercises to your own physical ability and equipment you have available. There are no equipment requirements, and we offer bodyweight options for all workouts to help you keep up with the program whether at home or on the road.

Our coaches will be there for you every step of the way with workout briefs and daily breakdowns. The team will also provide in depth strategies and behind the scenes tips, equipping you with the tools you need to become the best athlete you can be.
