Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all products and services offered by PRVN Fitness, including digital products, physical merchandise, supplements, and in-person events. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

This policy is designed to ensure fairness, consistency, and sustainability across our global customer base.


1. Digital Products (Strictly Non-Refundable)

Digital products include, but are not limited to:

  • Online programming
  • Subscriptions
  • App-based training services
  • One-time purchase programs
  • E-books
  • Digital downloads
  • Access-based or streamed content


Refund Policy

All digital products are non-refundable once purchased.

This applies regardless of:

  • Accidental or unintended purchase
  • Change of mind
  • Failure to use or access the product
  • Scheduling conflicts
  • Compatibility issues
  • Dissatisfaction with results or content

*Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, this policy is enforced consistently for all customers.


Limited Exception

Refunds will be considered only in cases of verified payment processing errors, including:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Incorrect billing amounts
  • Technical payment failures

Requests must be submitted promptly for review to the PRVN customer service team and reviews on an in-depth case by case basis. 


2. Physical Merchandise (Apparel & Accessories)

Return Window

Physical merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to eligibility requirements.

Return Eligibility

Returned items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be returned in original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact contact@prvnfitness.com.
If approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to return your item.

Inspection & Resolution

All returned items are inspected upon receipt. Once inspection is complete, our team will notify you of the outcome and next steps, which may include a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items showing signs of wear or use
  • Items returned outside the stated timeframe

Exchanges

To exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item (subject to approval) and placing a new order once the return is processed.



3. Supplements (Replacement-Only Policy)

Due to health, safety, and regulatory requirements, supplement products are not eligible for refunds.

Eligible Replacements

PRVN Fitness will replace supplement products at no cost if the issue is verified to be caused by:

  • Damaged or compromised seals
  • Moisture contamination
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Transit-related damage

Evidence Requirement

All replacement requests must include clear photographic evidence of the issue. Once verified, a replacement of the same product will be issued.

Non-Eligible Claims

No refunds or replacements will be issued if:

  • The product was delivered as expected and in good condition
  • The product was opened or used without defect
  • Taste preference, effectiveness, or personal reaction is the sole concern


4. PRVN Physical Camps & Live Events

Post-Purchase Refund Window

All tickets for PRVN in-person camps, seminars, and live training events (“Events”) are eligible for a full refund within 48 hours of purchase only.

This refund window applies regardless of the Event date.

After this period, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

Event Credit in Lieu of Refund

If you are unable or choose not to attend an Event after the 48 hour post-purchase window, your ticket may be redeemed for a full-value Event credit equal to the original purchase price.

Event credits:

  • Are valid for any future PRVN Event worldwide
  • Are transferable
  • Never expire
  • May be used across regions, locations, and formats
  • May match the pricing of any future PRVN event of similar event style. 

Refund Exceptions

Refunds outside the post-purchase window will be considered only in the following circumstances:

  1. Event Cancellation
    If PRVN Fitness cancels an Event in full, all registered participants will receive a full refund.
  2. Medical or Physical Inability to Attend
    A verified medical condition, injury, or health issue that prevents safe participation or travel may qualify for a refund upon reasonable documentation.
  3. Extraordinary Personal Circumstances
    In rare cases, unforeseen personal circumstances that directly prevent attendance may be reviewed at the sole discretion of PRVN Fitness.

All requests must be submitted in writing prior to the Event start date.


Event Modifications

PRVN Fitness reserves the right to make reasonable changes to Event details, including schedule, location, format, session content, or personnel. Such changes do not constitute Event cancellation and do not entitle participants to a refund, provided the Event proceeds in substantially the same form and duration.


5. Shipping Issues & Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact contact@prvnfitness.com promptly with photographic evidence so we can evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.


6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting PRVN Fitness may delay resolution and may result in account restrictions. We encourage customers to reach out to our support team so issues can be resolved efficiently and fairly. Once a chargeback or dispute is issued to a customer bank, no refund or replacement will be issued and the order will be deemed as frozen immediately until the chargeback or dispute is removed or resolved amicably. 


7. Compliance With Consumer Laws & Regulations

PRVN Fitness operates domestically and internationally and is committed to complying with all applicable consumer protection laws, regulations, and consumer rights guidelines in the jurisdictions in which we operate.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy has been developed in alignment with relevant domestic and international consumer law frameworks, including mandatory consumer guarantees, statutory rights, and regulatory requirements that cannot be excluded by contract.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit, waive, or exclude any non-excludable rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable laws in their country or region. Where such laws apply, they operate in addition to the terms outlined in this policy.

Where permitted by law, PRVN Fitness applies this policy consistently and fairly across all products, services, and Events to ensure clarity, transparency, and equal treatment for all customers.


8. Policy Updates

This policy is effective as of the date posted and may be updated from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website and applies to all purchases made after the effective date.
