The PRVN Community Throwdown aims to inspire unity, elevate growth, and offer a fresh start for gyms and individuals across the globe in 2025 and beyond. 

Alongside communities like yours, our mission is to celebrate both individual and community champions through two weeks of affiliate-inclusive workouts, giving members of all skill levels the opportunity to strengthen their communities and kick off the new year in the best way possible! Together, we’ll elevate our communities by providing amazing prize packages to gyms with the highest participation and wash prizes to the top performing individuals. 

This annual competition is designed to equip gym owners with the resources needed to elevate their businesses through hosting fun and engaging events for their current and future members.

Dates:

Week 1: January 1-5

Week 2: January 9-12

The PRVN Community Throwdown is a two-week competition series, with individuals completing 2 workouts per week

Location:

Participants will have the chance to compete remotely, or in-person at their local gym! The competition will be 100% online, allowing participants to join their home gym from anywhere in the world, and rack up points for their community!
